SRVIVR25 Available for Economical Recorder Replacement
L3Harris has obtained Supplemental Type Certification for its SRVIVR25 A757 cockpit voice and flight data recorder, bringing a cheaper FDR option to the 737 fray. The unit features an integrated, recorder-independent power supply, with easy provision for quick-replacement to minimize costly downtime. The same functionality provides simple and secure data download capabilities, too, enabling faster processing for those times review is required. The A757 STC allows its use on all Boeing 737NG aircraft.
