Air Lease Corporation Delivers New A320-200neo To Air Seychelles

Replaces An Aircraft Previously Leased To The Carrier

Air Lease Corporation has delivered a new Airbus A320-200neo aircraft on long-term lease to Air Seychelles. Featuring CFM International LEAP-1A26 engines, this aircraft delivered from ALC’s order book with Airbus.

We are pleased to announce this new A320-200neo delivery to Air Seychelles today and further ALC’s long-time relationship with the airline,” said Steven F. Udvar-Házy, Executive Chairman of Air Lease Corporation. “This new A320neo replaces an A320 aircraft that Air Seychelles previously had on lease from ALC and will enhance the airline’s current fleet operations.”

ALC is a leading aircraft leasing company based in Los Angeles, California, that has airline customers throughout the world.

Air Seychelles, the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles, was established in 1978 and began long-haul service in 1983. As the main driver of tourism in Seychelles, it is a core pillar of the national economy. The airline offers international flights to Abu Dhabi, Johannesburg, Mauritius and Mumbai. Air Seychelles also operates daily domestic flights and charter services throughout the archipelago.
