Blakey Answers Tough Questions From Pilots And Media
Last week we presented the first of what we expect to be many
featured "Aero-Casts", as we become familiar with this exciting
form of news presentation in anticipation of utilizing it on a much
(MUCH) larger scale really soon. Response from our readers has been
uniformly positive, and we'd like to hear more of your compliments
-- er, comments -- on what we're doing right, and what we could be
doing better.
This week we finish up FAA Administrator Marion Blakey's "Meet
The Boss" presentation from this year's EAA AirVenture 2005 at
Oshkosh, WI. The first half of her talk dealt primarily with her
views on how GA was handling security issues in the age of ADIZs
and TFRs; now, however, the tables are turned, and Blakey answers
some difficult questions from her audience.

on how she handled the spotlight. And remember, you can check out
all of our Aero-Casts by clicking on the icon on the upper left
corner of our TopNews page. Once there, you can select one of
several aviation-related topics, to listen to podcasts specific to
those fields -- including General Aviation, Light Sport,
Aerospace, and MANY others. (NOTE: Blakey's presentation can be
found under General Aviation.)
