CH2MHILL/FURA, TELEPHONE 214-205-4582, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. SAN JUAN /ZSU/ CERAP, TELEPHONE 787-253-8664, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
