PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY: 334800N/1112900W OR THE WILLIE /IWA/ VORTAC 3 DEGREE RADIAL AT 30.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 335400N/1112000W OR THE WILLIE /IWA/ VORTAC 11 DEGREE RADIAL AT 39.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 333930N/1112100W OR THE WILLIE /IWA/ VORTAC 22 DEGREE RADIAL AT 26.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 333930N/1112900W OR THE WILLIE /IWA/ VORTAC 9 DEGREE RADIAL AT 22.8 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 9000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
