Heli-Expo 2008: Frasca To Showcase EC-135 FTD

Will Be Delivered To Era Training

Frasca International will exhibit a Eurocopter EC-135 Level 6 Flight Training Device (FTD) at the 2008 Heli-Expo, which will run February 24-26 in Houston, TX.

The FTD will be on display in the Frasca booth (#3749) and will feature Frasca's TruVision Global visual system in a 200 degree display dome. The unit was built for Era Training and will be delivered to their new Training Center in Lake Charles, LA following the show.

The Era Training Center will feature two Frasca helicopter Flight Training Devices (FTDs), an AS-350B2 FTD and the EC-135 FTD, classrooms, custom briefing areas and administrative offices.

"The helicopter training sector has become a very important market for Frasca," said John Frasca, Vice President of Frasca International, Inc. "As the demand for helicopter training grows our experience in rotary wing simulation enables us to deliver the best helicopter devices available."

Frasca has built helicopter devices for Bell Helicopter, Bristow Helicopters, SilverState Helicopters, PHI, Air Logistics and numerous other organizations worldwide. Although Frasca manufactures flight training devices for all aircraft types, a growing percentage of their total sales volume is in helicopter devices.
