PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONSARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 441501N/1181210WOR THE BAKER CITY /BKE/ VOR/DME 186 DEGREE RADIAL AT 39.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 441317N/1175850W OR THE BAKER CITY /BKE/ VOR/DME 171 DEGREE RADIAL AT 37.8 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 440250N/1175848W OR THE BAKER CITY /BKE/ VOR/DME 169DEGREE RADIAL AT 48.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 435924N/1180338W OR THE WILDHORSE /ILR/ VOR/DME 041 DEGREE RADIAL AT 45.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 435927N/1181901W OR THE WILDHORSE /ILR/ VOR/DME 031DEGREE RADIAL AT 36.5 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 9000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING.
