JIMMY DUCKWORTH ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 291952N/0895902W THE HARVEY /HRV/ VORTAC 176 DEGREE RADIAL AT 31 NAUTICAL MILES. NOTE: HELICOPTER OPERATIONS IN/OUT OF 0LA7 AIRPORT ARE EXEMPT. THE U.S. COAST GUARD LT. JIMMY DUCKWORTH TELEPHONE 504-628-1652, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY.
