Mid-Continent Instruments And Avionics Names Marc Medeiros Director Of Sales

Industry Veteran To Lead Sales Team And Manage Sales Strategy

Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics today announced the appointment of Marc Medeiros (pictured) as Director of Sales. A twenty-year veteran in aerospace sales, Medeiros will drive Mid-Continent’s sales strategy, manage the company’s sales team, and maintain its position as a market leader.

“Marc brings impressive experience in program management and contracts. That expertise, paired with an outstanding international sales and service record, will benefit our commercial, corporate, general aviation, and military customers around the globe,” said Todd Winter, President and CEO of Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics.
 
Medeiros came to Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics from Rockwell Collins in Miami, Florida where he was responsible for business development and sales of the company’s portfolio of radios, satellite communications, avionics equipment, and inflight communications services for commercial airline, corporate and general aviation customers.
 
Medeiros began his career in aviation as Manager of Global Jet Financing Sales at Cessna Finance, and was later named Managing Director, International Sites for Mainline Systems. In 2005, he became Director of Global Sales and Services for Aeroflex-IFR, Inc., before moving to BlackBerry, Ltd. as Director of Global Partnerships and Alliances. Medeiros then served as Director of Sales and Services at L-3 Communications before joining Rockwell Collins as Director of Sales in 2012.
 
Medeiros is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University and an Executive MBA from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
