PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 452500N/1154700W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 006 DEGREE RADIAL AT 42.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 451931N/1153237W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 021 DEGREE RADIAL AT 43.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 450801N/1153759W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 029 DEGREE RADIAL AT 32.8 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 450650N/1155220W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 015 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 451700N/1155830W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 359 DEGREE RADIAL AT 32.5 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 11000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
