Pena, Special Agent in Charge of the Office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in an interview with San Antonio radio station WOAI-AM about the arrest of five people -- four Chinese citizens and one from Mexico -- accused of trying to fly into the US illegally. Their rented Cessna 172-P landed, however, before it could be intercepted by airborne federal agents.
