Avilution's Custom Panel For LSA Aircraft

Avilution, a software-based avionics solutions producer, based in Huntsville, AL, brought a new version of its glass panel to AirVenture in 2018. The panel is designed to fit in a Panther LSA airplane, which has a cockpit that measures only 28 inches wide, according to company founder Mark Spencer. The focus, Spencer said, was presenting the information in a large, easy-to-read format. The company has developed a web-based configuration tool, which allows the user to configure the panel on a computer and then upload it into the airplane.
