Pilots for Both Companies Able to Swap Between Employers During Leave of Absence, Build Experience
Wheels Up Experience has embarked on a strategic partnership with MAG Aerospace offer improved career opportunities for pilots. Their new "Pathway Development Program" allows current and former MAG military pilots to transition to employees of Wheels Up after they move into civilian life. The program also allows something of the inverse, where former MAG pilots working for Wheels Up may take a leave of absence to tour with MAG once again.
