What much of aviation has feared, has come to pass... Oshkosh 2020 is a no-go. The ‘continuing uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic’ has forced EAA to cancel this year's event. The 68th annual Experimental Aircraft Association fly-in convention was scheduled to be held on July 20-26, 2020. "We looked at every possibility over the past six weeks as to how EAA could move forward with AirVenture this year, because it is such an important reunion for the aviation community," said Jack J. NASA Selects Companies to Develop Artemis Moon Landers

Blue Origin, Dynetics, SpaceX Selected

NASA has selected three U.S. companies to design and develop human landing systems (HLS) for the agency's Artemis program, one of which will land the first woman and next man on the surface of the Moon by 2024. NASA is on track for sustainable human exploration of the Moon for the first time in history. The human landing system awards under the Next Space Technologies for Exploration Partnerships (NextSTEP-2) Appendix H Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) are firm-fixed price, milestone-based contracts. The total combined value for all awarded contracts is $967 million for the 10-month base period.
