The Authority Board feels strongly that Mr. Williams is a great fit for our airport," said Airport Authority Chairperson, Mike McNamara.

"I am very excited to begin my new duties as the Airport Director in Flint, and I look forward to building upon its current successes, making it an even stronger asset in the region," Williams said. "The incredible support of the community has played a large role in the airport's history, and I look forward to continuing that great relationship with everyone, both professionally and personally. My family and I look forward to becoming an active part of the community."
