Operation, Maintenance, Radar Training All On The Agenda
Twin Commander pilots and owners should get out their 2011
calendars and turn to April. Twin Commander Aircraft has begun
planning for the 10th edition of its highly successful
owner/operator conference, the Twin Commander University.
The date for the upcoming University has been set for April
28-30, 2011. The University "campus" will be the Hyatt Regency
Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs on Southwest
Florida's Gulf coast. The curriculum will follow the format of
previous Universities, with an opening day radar-training class,
followed by two full days of seminars devoted to the operation,
maintenance, and upgrade of Twin Commanders.
"The University is a key component of our commitment to support
the fleet," commented Twin Commander Aircraft President Matt Isley.
"It's a hands-on opportunity for owners, operators, and prospective
owners to interact with experts on all issues having to do with
flying and caring for their aircraft."
According to Isley, the University consistently ranks at the top
in terms of owner/operator satisfaction with the support provided
by the factory and authorized service center partners.
Twin Commander Aircraft has 22 authorized service centers in the
United States, Mexico, Venezuela, England, and Australia.
One of the highlights of the University is a ramp tour of the
several dozen Twin Commanders flown in from around the country and
internationally. At the upcoming 10th University the airplanes will
park on the Naples Jet Center ramp at Naples Municipal Airport.
Naples Jet is an authorized Twin Commander service center and will
be the host service center for the upcoming University.
