PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 465550N/1230120W OR THE OLYMPIA /OLM/ VORTAC 225 DEGREE RADIAL AT 5.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 465550N/1224510W OR THE OLYMPIA /OLM/ VORTAC 093 DEGREE RADIAL AT 6.6 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 462950N/1224510W OR THE OLYMPIA /OLM/ VORTAC 149 DEGREE RADIAL AT 29.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 462950N/1230120W OR THE OLYMPIA /OLM/ VORTAC 171 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.9 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO THE ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL. TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR RESCUE AND SUPPORT OPERATION FOR CLS FLOOD AREA. WA STATE EMERG OPS CENTER, TELEPHONE 206-949-1022 OR FREQ 123.1 IS, IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION.
