PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF USAF ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 325911N/0883511W OR THE BIGBEE /IGB/ VORTAC 183.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 30.0 NAUTICAL MILES. USAF TELEPHONE 662-425-7068 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. MEMPHIS /ZME/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 901-368-8234 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
