Upgraded: Brad Thress

Cessna's New VP of Quality

Cessna Aircraft Company has appointed Brad Thress to Vice President of Quality. Thress will report directly to Ron Alberti, Cessna's Senior Vice President of Operations.

"As Vice President of Quality, Brad will be responsible for FAA compliance and product quality improvement initiatives on all Citation, Caravan and Single Engine piston aircraft. His previous roles at Cessna provide him with extensive and diverse knowledge that are critical to this position," said his boss, Ron Alberti.

Thress has been with Cessna since 1991. Most recently, he held the position of Citation Sovereign Senior Product Director and was responsible for all aspects of the Sovereign's development, certification, and production.

During his career at Cessna he has served in the marketing, flight operations, engineering, and manufacturing areas. Thress is an engineering undergraduate and holds an MBA. He is type rated
in all Citation models. He and his wife Toni, live in Andover, Kansas, with their two children, Tyler and Blakeley.
