ALL AIRCRAFT FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 325210N/1170758W MISSION BAY /MZB/ VORTAC 027 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.02 NAUTICAL MILES INCLUDING THE AIRSPACE SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 52 AND MONTGOMERY TOWER CLASS DELTA AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 16,000 FEET MSL, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY ATC SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TRACON IS THE CONTROLLING FACILITY ON 132.2 OR 269.1.
