NBAA Sees Strong Attendance at Leadership Conference

Theme of "Dynamic Excellence” Honed Business Stakeholders with Sessions, Speakers

The National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) saw record attendance at its 2023 Leadership Conference, with nearly 500 attendees present.

The Conference allows members of the industry to come together and network while laying the groundwork for collaboration on industry efforts. This year, speakers included championship NASCAR driver Brad Keselowski, author and consultant Todd Henry, and Dr. Sian Proctor, and the first black woman to pilot a spacecraft. This year's theme was "dynamic excellence," with attendees being able to attend sessions on essential career building topics like confidence boosting, morale improvement, and professional development.

“This leadership conference was not just our largest ever – it had an energy unlike any before it, reflecting the industry’s excitement for accessing new ideas and new opportunities, from pioneers and industry professionals alike,” said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen. “We expect to build on the momentum displayed at this conference in our events throughout the year.”

Next year's Leadership Conference is slated to be held in Palm Springs, California.
