PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 1 NMR OF 384736N/0770215W OR THE WASHINGTON /DCA/ VOR/DME 190 DEGREE RADIAL AT 4 NM AT AND BELOW 1000 FT MSL. THE MARYLAND STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION,MIKE BAKER, PHONE 202-438-7499, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. THE POTOMAC /PCT/ TRACON, PHONE 540-349-7586, IS THE FAA COORDINATIONFACILITY.
