Million Air Ranks #1 In Pro Pilot’s 2012 Survey

Also Takes Top Honors For Large Chain FBO

Million Air was announced as Pro Pilot’s 2012 number one large chain Fixed Base Operation (FBO). The survey also ranked Million Air Dallas as the number 4, Million Air Houston as the number 6, and Million Air Salt Lake City as the number 19 FBO out of the 35 United States FBOs that were ranked. A minimum of 45 votes from Pro Pilot subscribers was the threshold for ranking in the top U.S. FBOs.

“We are so proud and honored to be Pro Pilot’s number one FBO in the United States for2012,” said Roger Woolsey, Million Air’s chief executive officer. “Million Air believes that we become what we are committed to. We are committed to providing the best customer experience with the best employees, so it’s so great to see when our customers believe in what we are doing. ”

This year marks the 39th annual Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment (PRASE) Survey. Pro Pilot subscribers scored FBO selections from 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent) in 6 different categories – Line Team, Customer Service Representatives, Facility, Amenities, Promptness and Efficiency, and Value for Price.
