What it Takes to Breach JFK Security:

Three Fishermen 'Storm' New York Airport

The 21-year-old and his two 13-year-old fishing companions beached their inflatable rubber raft and walked to the nearest open-looking office to ask for directions.

To do so, they had to cross JFK International Airport; and nobody knew they were there, until they showed up at the office -- the security office -- to ask where they were.

The trio set into motion a flurry of activity Sunday night, as their 10:30PM arrival, after more than a mile of cross-country walking on airport property from the shore of Jamaica Bay, had gone completely undetected.

Police questioned the three and released them, after finding their rubber raft and fishing gear where they said they had left it, beaching the craft due to concerns about a rainstorm that was soaking the area.

In the wake of this embarrassing screw-up, unspecified security measures were said to have been initiated at JFK. Perhaps the TSA will buy a $50,000 rowboat... That might help the Harbor Patrol, too.
