Million Air Welcomes Santa Fe Into Its Family Of FBOs

Million Air officials have added  an existing fixed-base operation (FBO) facility in Santa Fe (NM) into the Million Air family. The addition brings the total number of FBO facilities housed under the Million Air chain to 26.

Located at Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF), the FBO is a 2,700-square-foot facility that was formerly known as Santa Fe Executive Aviation. The contract to become part of the Million Air family was signed on May 19. Million Air Santa Fe will be open for operation while the FBO undergoes renovations, including new signage, driveway and entryway. Renovations are currently underway and are slated for completion in mid-July.

Gerhard Seeburger, chief executive officer of Million Air Santa Fe, said the name recognition and reputation of Million Air were two of the biggest factors in choosing to become part of the Million Air family.

"Million Air has the same philosophy that we adhered to at Santa Fe Executive Aviation -- giving outstanding customer service at every level,” Seeburger said. “We believe being a part of the Million Air family will give us the tools, including national marketing exposure, which we have always wanted in order to take this FBO to the next level of success.”

Roger Woolsey, chief executive of Million Air, is thrilled to finally have a presence in the Santa Fe market.

“Santa Fe is frequented by wealthy customers who travel through the market for leisure, as well as business purposes,” Woolsey said. “These customers expect a high-quality of service. Our presence in the market gives us the opportunity to show these leisure and business travelers the unprecedented customer service of Million Air, and hopefully, add them to our list of returning customers for years to come.”

Million Air is the third-largest FBO chain in the world, providing upscale, private aviation services to individuals and corporations. Headquartered in Houston, the company operates a network of 26 FBO locations in North America and the Caribbean.
