EFFECTIVE FROM 0604281600 UTC UNTIL 0604290300 UTC, AIRBORNE LASER OPERATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED BETWEEN 25NM FROM ANY POINT ALONG THE LINE FROM 220000N/1580000W HNL344041.5 TO 230907N/1620022W SOK288156.6 TO 280506N/1635620W SOK317441.1 TO 375503N/1655620W LIH3311014.2 TO 400000N/1550000W CDB144967.9 TO 220000N/1580000W HNL344041.5 FROM 500 FEET MSL TO 39000 FEET MSL. THE LASER BEAM MAY BE INJURIOUS TO PILOTS/AIRCREWS AND PASSENGERS EYES FOR A DISTANCE OF 14,400 FEET BELOW AND 28,900 FEET ABOVE THE AIRCRAFT. THIS AREA WILL BE MONITORED BY OBSERVERS AND THE LASER BEAM WILL BE TERMINATED IF NON-PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT ARE DETECTED THAT MAY ENTER THE AFFECTED AREA. OTHER VISUAL EFFECTS (E.G.
