Cirrus Design Steps Up As ANN's Lead Sponsor For Our 2003 Special AirVenture Coverage

ANN is already onsite in Oshkosh, WI, preparing for what we hope will be the best "Big O" in recent memory.

ANN Editor-In-Chief, Jim Campbell, arrived Monday and started getting our command center (a large portable office building) positioned, got the electrical system installed and is working on getting our computer system and high speed access set-up so the BIGGEST crew ANN has EVER fielded for this event can do it's stuff with the advantage of immediate access to great facilities and a professional place to work in cool comfort.

Over the next few days, he'll be filing early reports right from Wittman Field, giving you the straight skinny on what excitement you might expect over the next week.

It's going to be our most extensive and impressive effort, to date... and our most expensive. As a result, we're pleased to start filling you in on the ten companies who stepped up to the plate to help us make sure that the aviation world benefited from the expert coverage that only ANN can provide, 24/7, every day of this year's aero-lovefest.

Tonight, and over the next few nights, we'll fill you in on who made this effort possible and start off tonight's announcements with the unveiling of the LEAD SPONSOR (Drum Roll, Please)... Cirrus Design.

Even if you've been living in a remote cave on an otherwise uninhabited island off lower Botswana, you'd still have to know that Cirrus Design that is turning this industry on it's ear right now.
