Upgraded: Bill Reznicek

First Aviation Services Inc. Names New Chief Financial Officer

First Aviation Services, of Westport, CT, and its subsidiary, Memphis-based Aerospace Products International (API), announced that Bill Reznicek was named chief financial officer. effective January 22, 2007. API is a provider of distribution and supply chain services for the worldwide aviation industry.

Reznicek will report to Chairman and CEO Aaron Hollander.

"Bill brings to the company over 20 years of financial executive experience in distribution and manufacturing for domestic and international operations," said Hollander. "In addition, he brings significant experience integrating technology into a variety of business models to achieve increases in productivity and production."

Reznicek most recently served as vice president of finance and IT for the Lancaster Colony Automotive Products Division of the Rubber Queen Corporation.

The company's former CFO, Robert Costantini, resigned in September.
