ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 345951N/1071924W OR THE ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ VORTAC 251 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.1 NAUTICAL MILES.
