Eurocopter SEA Orders Frasca Helicopter FTD

Company's TruFliteH 342 Sim Will Be At Heli-Expo '06

Frasca International announced Wednesday the company was recently awarded a contract with Eurocopter SEA for an EC 120 Helicopter Flight Training Device (FTD). The FTD will be used by Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd. under a contract to provide training to Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) pilots.

The device is designed to meet the requirements for a FAA AC120-45 level 5 FTD customized to RSAF specifications. Frasca has previously supplied an FTD to Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd. for use with similar training.

The EC 120 FTD is scheduled for delivery in Fall of 2006.

Urbana, IL-based Frasca International manufactures flight training equipment for airlines, flight schools, Universities and military organizations worldwide. The company's product range includes Flight Training Devices (FTDs), FNPT I, II and IIMCC devices, CPTs, Full Flight Simulators (FFS) and more for all aircraft types, fixed wing and rotary.

Frasca will be demonstrating their TruFliteH 342 reconfigurable helicopter simulator (above right) at their booth (#3901) at HAI's upcoming Heli-Expo, being held February 26-28 in Dallas, TX.
