RVSM On The Fly

RVSM Pilot Certification Online In One Hour

Domestic RVSM becomes a fact on January 20, 2005. And certificates showing that pilots have received training in RVSM procedures must accompany the application for the required Letter of Authorization (LOA).

"Pilots can now get their required RVSM certification online from King Schools in just one hour for only $199," said John King, co-founder. "It's a fast, fun way to get the job done!"

The course meets FAA requirements for RVSM pilot training and utilizes web-based training with interactive questions. It covers both domestic and international requirements and includes a cockpit reference card so pilots can respond to RVSM issues while in-flight.

Course content covers the equipment necessary for RVSM, preflight actions, domestic and international contingency procedures, best practices, deviation consequences and reporting procedures, and what to do when the aircraft is not RVSM-capable. Upon completion, the pilot can download a Training Completion Certificate to document course completion to the FAA.
