Mooney: 'Best Of The Best'

Ovation2 GX Featured in Robb Report Issue

Mooney Aerospace Group, Ltd. says of Robb Report. On newsstands as of May 24, 2005, the 17th annual "Best of the Best" issue lists some of the finest products and services that the international luxury world has to offer.

Robb Report cites Mooney's Ovation2 GX under the Wings and Water -- Personal Aircraft category with the title "Round of Applause" on page 142. An excerpt from Robb Report states, "The latest offering from the Mooney Airplane Co., which has been building aircraft for more than 50 years, the Mooney Ovation2 GX features the company's distinctive backward tail design and, more significant, the latest multifunction computer displays for the instrument panel...A new, superthin, two-blade McCauley propeller, combined with a 230 hp TCM 10-550-G engine, enables the Ovation2 GX to reach speeds of about 220 mph, which is faster than any airplane in its class (single engine, normally aspirated, piston powered)."

"Robb Report magazine's 17th annual 'Best of the Best' offers readers an unprecedented selection of products and services that exemplify the very finest that the international luxury world has to offer," according to a release from the magazine.
