United States Aviation Underwriters Offers GUARD Workers' Compensation Insurance

Policies Are Focused On GA Businesses

United States Aviation Underwriters is now offering Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Workers' Compensation insurance with a focus on the general aviation line of business.  All policies will be issued and serviced by Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies, which are rated A+ by A.M. Best.

While the kinds of protection offered by all insurers are largely dictated by government regulations, GUARD distinguishes themselves from others in key ways.  They offer expert claims service with toll-free and online reporting of claims 24/7 as well as a wide array of loss control resources (such as safety videos, posters, and flyers) via their online Policyholder Service Center.  The premium will be a direct bill to the insured with flexible payment options including pay-as-you-go and self-reporting.

"A partnership with Berkshire Hathaway GUARD means that we can offer our insureds a product that combines our aviation experience with their strength, security, and expertise providing workers' compensation insurance," explains John T. Matthews, senior vice president, USAU, Inc.
