ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OFANCHORAGE ARTCC(ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 12600 WITHIN A 5 NM RADIUS OF 680747N/1492840W.
