Trend Group To Provide Trend Monitoring for PC-12

The Trend Group has reached an agreement with Pilatus Aircraft Ltd of Stans, Switzerland. Under the agreement, Pilatus Aircraft will include one year of The Trend Group’s trend monitoring and analysis service with the sale of each new PC-12 worldwide.

The current PC-12 comes equipped with an Engine Instrument System (EIS) that automatically records engine data during flight. All new PC-12 owners will now be entitled to receive expert analysis of this flight data from The Trend Group at no charge for one year.

The Trend Group analyzes the data and alerts the operator to subtle changes in the engine’s performance thus enabling the operator to correct minor problems before they develop into major problems. This proactive approach can lower operating cost, enhance safety, and improve maintenance planning.

“By providing an accredited trend monitoring program, Pilatus is giving their customers additional value with immediate benefit,” stated Dale Taunton, Vice President of Business Development at The Trend Group. “We’re proud to be associated with such a reputable aircraft and company.” The Trend Group was founded in 1992 to provide turbine engine trend monitoring and analysis to the aviation industry.
