FDC 5/4953 ZAB AZ.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS 17 MILES SE OF CAVE CREEK, ARIZONA, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 8 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 334506N/1113805W OR THE PHOENIX /PXR/ VORTAC 029 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.4 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 8000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING RELIEF AIRCRAFT IN AREA. THE U.S. FOREST SERVICE TELEPHONE 505-842-3478/FREQ 134.725 CAVE CREEK COMPLEX IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. PRESCOTT /PRC/ AFSS, PHONE 928-778-7810 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
