Dallas FBO Introduces New Condominium Hangars

Offices Have Direct Access From The Hangars

Ambassador Jet Center, a full-service FBO at Dallas Executive Airport just completed the first of three state-of-the-art hangars for lease or sale. Two of the hangars are "condominium-styled" with a 61-foot wide x 26-foot high hydraulic, hydro-swing (automatic) door for easy entry and an office/condo area attached with access directly from the hangar. Both hangars are 68 x 60 feet and come equipped with an 8-foot x10-foot overhead ground level door that is also on a remote control device-just like a simple home garage door opener.

The first hangar is completely finished with cabinetry and a kitchen. This first hangar also has a mezzanine for either a bedroom or an office area, and is ready for immediate occupancy.

"We purposely did not finish out the second unit as we wanted to allow a customer to tailor it to their own specifications," said George Moussa, President of Ambassador Jet Center.

The third hangar measuring 96x140 feet is called an Executive Hangar and has a 90-foot wide x 26-foot high door clearance. The 13,440 square foot hangar includes 4,000 square feet of office space-perfect for a maintenance facility or corporate flight department. This Executive Hangar has a two-story office space area that can accommodate multiple full-size offices, large multi-use spaces, up to three bathrooms and has a lobby overlooking the development.
