PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY313011N/1102416W OR THE NOGALES /OLS/ VOR/DME 65.0 DEGREE RADIALAT 23.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 312955N/1101358W OR THE NOGALES /OLS/ VOR/DME 69.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 32.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 311952N/1101358W OR THE NOGALES /OLS/ VOR/DME 87.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 32.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 312001N/1102410W OR THE NOGALES /OLS/ VOR/DME 90.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23.4 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW FL110 TO PROVIDE A SAFEENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING.
