ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF TIM ROSS, STATE OF ALASKA CONTRACTOR, ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 654900N/1493000W OR THE FAIRBANKS /FAI/ VORTAC 301 DEGREE RADIAL AT 72 NAUTICAL MILES TIM ROSS, STATE OF ALASKA CONTRACTOR, TELEPHONE 206-388-4790, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. FAIRBANKS /FAI/ AFSS, 907-474-0388, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
