Gobosh Aviation Delivers First Two G700S Aircraft In US

One LSA Already In Use By Denver Flight School

Gobosh Aviation told ANN Thursday it has delivered the first two G700S light sport aircraft in North America, after reporting strong interest in the new LSA offering during its AirVenture 2007 debut.

One G700S -- the light sport version of the venerable AT-3 -- was pressed into service as a flight training platform at Skyraider Aviation in Denver, CO.

"With a field elevation over 5,000' and summer temperatures regularly climbing into the upper 90's, density altitude is a major concern," said Skyraider Aviation president Chris Dillis. "The G700 is performing beyond expectations! It continues to generate revenue for our flight school on even the hottest days.  Our flying club members are extremely pleased with the quality and performance of the aircraft."

Company executives say while flight schools are attracted to performance and economy, students are drawn to the G700S's large-aircraft feel and attention to detail.

"Many Light Sport Aircraft have utilitarian interiors that make them seem more like kit aircraft," adds Tim Baldwin, President of Gobosh Aviation. "The G700S is clearly the LSA leader in performance, economy and finish. Plus, you can take delivery of one today."

In addition to accoutrements the company says sets the G700S apart from its more spartan LSA competitors, Gobosh also notes the G700S boasts the longest warranty in its class at two years/400 hours -- another benefit to commercial operators that helps reduce cost and maximize revenue.
