New Offices Planned For Two Major Cities
South Florida-based JetSmarter is continuing its development as one of the fastest-growing startups in the state. With five offices including Fort Lauderdale, London, Zurich, Moscow and Dubai, the company has announced plans to open additional offices in New York and Los Angeles, as employee numbers continue to rise.
JetSmarter is currently seeking employees across various industries, including customer service, information technology and programming. Employee benefits include 401K match, 100% paid healthcare for employees and their family, stock option opportunities, more than two weeks of paid personal time off, and high-growth opportunities within the company. The company recently hit a new milestone of a record 250 employees worldwide. With less than 20% of the aviation industry consisting of females, nearly half of JetSmarter employees are female, and employment has multiplied over the past 18 months. The average age of JetSmarter employees is 29, far younger than the average age of aerospace employees nationwide, which is 46. The median salary at JetSmarter headquarters is 50% higher than the median salary in the state of Florida, and JetSmarter sales employees earn 50% more on commissions than the private jet industry average.
JetSmarter is currently looking for top talent in South Florida and various other cities.
