AeroEx Crosses The Atlantic

European EASA Compliance Company Expanding To North America

European EASA compliance company AeroEx is expanding its services to support North American aircraft OEM’s, operators, and suppliers. Based in Switzerland, the company provides a wide range of support services to the aviation industry regarding preparation and implementation of international aviation standards.

AeroEx assists in audit- and compliance-management, EASA certifications, project management, manual preparation, and risk-/ safety-management. Its services include also training and workshops. “Our company portfolio covers the entire range services for aircraft manufacturers, operators and suppliers, to comply with all applicable and current aviation regulations,” said Joel Hencks, one of two Managing Directors of AeroEx. Hencks is member of the EASA Rulemaking Group OPS and IBAC Safety Management System (SMS) Lecturer. In addition, AeroEx is an authorized EASA e-examination provider, and is also an official IS-BAO Auditor.

“Many aviation companies in North America export their products into EASA countries, and they have to comply with EASA rules," said Helmut Gottschalk, also Managing Director of AeroEx. "The implementation of Third Country Operations (TCO) regulations also becomes an important issue in the future. This is why AeroEx is now going to offer its consulting services also in North America.”

Expanding into the North-American market, AeroEx will focus on aviation companies which require competent support to comply with EASA Part-21, Part-M, Part-145, AOC and TCO regulations. With its experience and its active role in EASA, AeroEx GmbH guarantees full compliance with all currently applicable European regulations, and its professional assistance will be tailored to the individual needs.
