Northrop Grumman Will Support NextGen Air Transportation System

Wins $81 Million Contract To For Work On AIMM Program

The FAA has awarded an $81 million contract to Northrop Grumman Corporation to support the Aeronautical Information Management Modernization (AIMM) program.

Under this contract, Northrop Grumman will support the FAA's safety mission and Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) objectives of developing automation, and information systems and services to address future air traffic requirements. This program will also provide aviation users with digital Aeronautical Information (AI) that conforms to international standards.
