Will Service Both The 500 And 550 Aircraft
Eclipse Aerospace has named Crownair Aviation in San Diego, CA as an EAI authorized Gold Service Center for both the Eclipse 500 and Eclipse 550 jets. Under this agreement, Crownair Aviation will provide maintenance, inspections, parts and warranty support, as well as AOG services for Eclipse Jet aircraft.
"Eclipse Aerospace is pleased to welcome Crownair to our network of Authorized Service Centers. Based on their experience and track record, we are confident the Crownair team will uphold our vision of providing exceptional customer service for owners and operators of the growing fleet of Eclipse Jets," stated Cary Winter, SVP Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical Operations for EAI.
One of the features of the Eclipse Jet is the remote diagnostics capability made possible by the advanced integration of the aircraft. Eclipse Service Centers can diagnose aircraft maintenance events remotely and dispatch the correct parts and instructions for repair to be carried out by most A&P mechanics around the world. As an Eclipse Gold Service Center, Crownair Aviation will not only provide aircraft maintenance, but will also supply support services and parts distribution for qualified Eclipse mechanics and Repair Stations throughout the region. "Crownair looks forward to meeting the needs of Eclipse owners through this new relationship," stated Ray Richmond, General Manager of Crownair Aviation. "We are proud to be associated with Eclipse Aerospace and believe we are a good match to support the Eclipse Jet. Crownair is ideally situated to offer easy access and great service throughout the western United States." Crownair is accepting Eclipse Jet maintenance customers immediately, and
anticipates reaching full capability by July 1, 2013.
Eclipse Aerospace is building a customer service network of service centers and trained A&P technicians around the world. The company says additional Eclipse Authorized Service Centers will be opened throughout 2013 and 2014 to meet the needs of the growing Eclipse Worldwide fleet.
