PURSUANT TO CFR 91.137A(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF THE 405900N/0742900W AND THE SPARTA /SAX/ VOR 179 DEGREE RADIAL AT 10 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES. NICK PAPPAS, DENVILLE, NJ POLICE 973-627-4900, IS IN CHARGE OF THE SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. NEW YORK /ZNY/ ARTCC, 631-468-5959, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
