PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 470250N/1220840W OR THE MCCHORD /TCM/ VORTAC 92 DEGREE RADIAL AT 14.8 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 4000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR SEARCH. WA STATE DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION TELEPHONE 206-949-1022 OR FREQ 123.1 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. SEATTLE /ZSE/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 253-351-3520IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
