AirEL Technology Receives Approval For Usage From FAA

Allows Airside Operators And Controllers To Easily Identify Ground Vehicles

AirEL, the developer and manufacturer of patented illuminated vehicle identification, has received approval from the FAA for "Electroluminescent Lighting Technology for Use on Airport Vehicle Numbers".

The technical report is available on their website www.FAA.gov. AirEL provides airports with enhanced illuminated vehicle identification at night for landside and airside operations and allows air traffic controllers the ability to identify vehicles night and day.

"This technology provides necessary enhanced airport operations visibility for snow machines, de-icing trucks, fire apparatus, buses and airport ops vehicles," stated RJ Garwood, AirEL's Senior vice president of Sales.

AirEL started in the public safety industry and is now being utilized on airports throughout the United States including John Wayne Airport, Long Beach Airport, Phoenix Airport, Reno Airport, DFW Airport and Boston Logan Airport.

AirEL is a division of IllumiNations Tech, a premier developer of illuminated keyboard systems and solutions with licenses with Apple, Hewlett Packard and Dell.
