PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY342200N/1165800W OR THE VICTORVILLE /VCV/ VOR/DME 109 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO340900N/1165800W OR THE PARADISE /PDZ/ VORTAC 49 DEGREE RADIAL AT 31.3 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO THEN TO340900N/1171800W OR THE PARADISE /PDZ/ VORTAC 25 DEGREE RADIAL AT 18.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO342200N/1171800W OR THE VICTORVILLE /VCV/ VOR/DME 148 DEGREE RADIAL AT 14.3 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO THE ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 11500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING.
