FBO Manager Certified To Accept ExxonMobil Cards

FBO Manager has been re-certified to accept ExxonMobil cards. ExxonMobil customers first began processing on the FBO Manager system on August 1, 2000. The original system used traditional phone lines to acquire authorizations. FBO Manager can now support all of the ExxonMobil cards including the company's new Pilots Rewards Plus loyalty card. This new, convenient easy-to-use system gives ExxonMobil customers a choice of using software rather than a POS machine, saving the FBO money and time.

"FBO Manager's Credit Card processing capabilities add speed and efficiency to our point of sale processes. I cannot imagine how we ever got by using the traditional POS machine," said Todd Dolphin, Director of Customer Service at Avitat Westchester in White Plains, NY (HPN).

FBO Manager is a complete suite of tools providing solid accounting, contract fuel processing, and easy-to-use interfaces for FBO's and flight schools worldwide. The company currently processes credit cards for more FBOs and oil companies than anyone else in the industry. In the past three years alone, FBO Manager has processed an estimated 2.5 million credit card transactions.

In addition, FBO Manager is the only software program available today certified on the ConocoPhillips network. They are also certified for TCP/IP processing of Multi Service, ChevronTexaco, Shell, and AvFuel. Air BP certification is expected in April 2005.

"Our staff understands the intricacies of credit card processing and contract fuel management. By combining FBO Manager with credit card processing, we have helped our customers save thousands of dollars and thousands of hours in duplicate entry time," said John R. Nelson, P.E., president of FBO Manager.

Since its debut in the 1990's, FBO Manager has lead the aviation industry in innovations such as touch screen processing, hand-held remote fueling, and online credit card processing.
