MN DNR AVIATION DESK, TELEPHONE 218-327-4582 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MINNEAPOLIS /ZMP/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 651-463-5580, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
